Tropico Seltzers is a line of carbonated beverages that wants to theme the design of their product line around beach inspiration and bright colors.

Design a beach inspired line of product and packaging to help identify each individual flavor, while streamlining the brand overall.

Product Research
Moodboard
In looking at competitors, most leaned on the use of bright colors and fruit related iconography to associate product offerings by the many different flavors, making each flavor unique and relatable, while streamlining the product line of each brand with cohesiveness.
Typography
Tropico Seltzers wanted a stylish logo and lettering to signify luxury and high-end branding. Andes (Regular) was selected for the final look.
Color
Tropico Seltzers wanted a neon-feel in colors that related to its various citrus flavor offerings. Two primary and two secondary colors were selected for initial proofing.
Images
A monochromatic image of palm trees was selected as the primary backdrop image for the brand, so as not to clash with the bright and vibrant colors or stylish lettering choices.
Refining the Design
Branding and Product Design Layouts
Once color, images and typography were selected, I began to work on streamlining the look of the branding and product design layouts. Four flavors were selected for the initial proofs.

Banners
Various advertisement banners were created to showcase the advertising potential in everyday billboard signage.
Highway Roadside Billboards
Samplings of advertisement campaigns were created to highlight the marketing potential for Tropico Seltzers.
Conclusion
A beach inspired and neon colored look was created to streamline the theme of various flavor offerings for Tropico Seltzers.
